Usually these foods are neutralized by the alkaline fluids in our body...but sometimes when v take excessive amounts of acidic foods it is not absorbed by our body properly causing indigestion,heart burn, acidity as v say,fatigue, nervousness,insomnia etc.
Some of the acidic foods are given below so that u can make a better choice by eating right n don't club 2-3 acidic foods together to avoid harmful effects:
1.All animal foods like meat, egg, fish,chicken etc.
2.Dried peas n beans
3.Refined cereals like maida, suji,white bread,biscuits,polished rice etc.
5.All fried and spicy foods
