' No Work No Pay' is a legal balance . ' No Work But Pay' , you might have heard about , arises when an employer offers what is called ' Golden Hand Shake ' to induce excess staff to voluntarily retire from services so that excess staff is reduced for reasons of inefficiency or lack of productivity or incompetence to perform. Regarding peoples Representatives, non-Representatives /outsiders cannot easily take them to task for whatever reason there may be in view of the following clarification made public recently. Law positions itself saying all are equal before Law but recently the cloud of confusion has been removed from citizens' minds that Constitutional Law positions itself saying that Constitutional Equality does not imply that there are no equals and unequals among citizenry but provide to convey that only equals fall under the Constitutional Equality Framework . It never meant to position equals and unequals as the 'equals' given any platform in civil society in a Democratic set-up like our India and the Indian's Republic. more
