ABOLITION OF NOTE 110,500,1000

If we abolish 100,500,1000 it will make our economy to fall.

kindly give attention :

1. Please calculate value of cash to cash. If you transfer value of 1000 to 1 then you can purchase some goods below one paise. That means value remains the same but only denomination has got changed, so bribe can be given in small denomination of cash.

2. Calculated what is dead end evaluation of value of money. It is only the ratio between percapita income, economic growth, and gold value against reserve bank cash.

SOLUTION:-

1. Increase the per capita income of individuals so that economy falls to normal way lower denominations.

2.Accelerate our economy growth and infrastructure facilities. This will create individuals high percapita income ( The economical growth will help to produce cheaper goods and individuals has to spend less amount on purchase and a high savings). Which means normally value and denomination changed to the ratio 1 to 1000.

3. Third part to be controlled by Govt. reservation of gold to cash and it depends on the policy of Govt. more

Abolition of higher denomination is first step towards controlling the black money. Transaction through bank to be encouraged and cash transaction to be restricted to the possible extent. Then the black money cannot be moved easily. The fake currency will be totally stopped because it is unviable for the printing and distribution more
Awaiting for alternate solution. more
