A HIGH COURT JUDGE FACES IMPEACHMENT BY PARLIAMENT

A JUDGE OF THE GUJARAT HIGH COURT FACES IMPEACHMENT BY PARLIAMENT :
A distinguished Parsi Judge of the Gujarat High Court, Justice J B
Pardiwala made the following remarks in his recent judgement in Hardik
Patel case on Reservations. Unfortunately our law makers are going to
impeach him for this. Let's see what he said and decide :
"If I am asked by anyone to name two things, which has destroyed this
country or rather, has not allowed the country, to progress in the right
direction, then the same is, (i) Reservation and (ii) Corruption. It is
very shameful for any citizen of this country to ask for reservation after
65 years of independence. When our Constitution was framed, it was
understood that the reservation would remain for a period of 10 years, but
unfortunately, it has continued even after 65 years of independence. The
biggest threats, today, for the country is corruption. The countrymen
should rise and fight against corruption at all levels, rather than
shedding blood and indulging in violence for the reservation. The
reservation has only played the role of an amoebic monster sowing seeds of
discord among the people. The importance of merit, in any society, cannot
be understated.
One has to wonder why is he going to be impeached by MP’s (The MPs who signed the petition include * Anand Sharma, Digvijay Singh, Ashwani Kumar, P L Punia, Rajeev Shukla, Oscar Fernandes, Ambika Soni, B K Hariprasad *(all Congress), *D Raja* (CPI),* K N Balagopal (CPI-M), Sharad Yadav (JD-U), S C Misra and Narinder Kumar Kashyap (BSP), Tiruchi Siva (DMK) and D P Tripathi (NCP)). *
YOU DON'T HAVE TO CANDLE MARCH to SUPPORT THE JUDGE. Just SPREAD THE WORD BY SHARING THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS, IF YOU CAN. more

Impeachment for telling the truth! The people will decide the standard of these MPs and do the needful! It is needless to say that, for these, the ideology is ASATHYAMEVA JAYATHE! more
Reservation has divided our country into Two, Non reserved & Reserved categories. What is necessary is to provide Required Facilities, of Schools, Food, Sanitary living conditions. So that Child grows properly, to an Adult, Knowledgeable person. Our Political class does Not like that, if they all become Educated Knowledgeable, then How Politicians will make their Stories, as we have seen in Kerala. We all have to Rise against this In Justice. to the Justice. more
IF THE CONSTITUTIONAL BENCH OF THE APEX COURT INTERVENES AT THE OBJECTIVE AND CONCEPT OF THE CONSTITUTION , THIS JUDGE WHO IDENTIFIED FACTUALLY & CONCLUDED THE ANTI NATIONAL AND ANTI SOCIAL ELEMENTS OF THIS COUNTRY as " The Reservations & the Corruption " will be recognized as such Judges commented and suggested " in 1987 on the concept of public interest article 32 ; in 1991 on the objective of Uniform Civil code article 44 ; and in 1993 on the Concept and object of Reservations & Relaxations articles 15 (4) and , 16 [4] staging the need of arresting and eliminating Reservations to those already enjoying reasonable Status and Economically sound than those still Poor and Poorest of the Poor while ordering for working of a Creamy layer to eradicate the wrongly addressed Reservations and Relaxations . Further , the latest Judgement and the comments made by the Supreme Court on reducing the ways and means of corruption in Education Field while setting a control on the Cost of Education in Private Sector , and the Cases pending with Crores of Financial Crimes including Coal Scam also will recognize the Gujarat Judge ' s finding on Corruption as the appropriately correct . However , it is on the way the paid lawyers argue and convince please . more
Mr. Pardiwala is right in saying that reservations and corruption have spoiled the country.he must not be impeached more
