Tools to nurture your mental fitness
1. Exercise daily - simple regular 20 minutes workout would pump sufficient oxygen to the brain.
2. Supplement with Vitamins B and multi vita-minerals. Vit B helps in mental toning and multi vita-minerals improve your holistic health.
3. A conscious effort should be done to augment your thinking and thought process - example: solve cross word puzzles, write articles or blogs to engage your brain in creative way.
4. Take up manual activity like - gardening or household normal work. It will keep you smart and fit.
5. Engage in multi level conversations with friends and colleagues. Beware it is conversations and not discussions and arguments. more
