Hi, My UAN number is 100706767387. My PF acc. No. GN/GGN/1373857/0036. I have applied for withdrawal of my PF with GROFERS PVT LTD on 1st of aug. I have been in contact with the HR, passbook was updated by 4th august and HR said, the acknowledgment is pending from PF authority. I thought the online process doesn't take so long. Could anyone help me out here ? Unable to contact PF authority anywhere. more

Thanks all for the information. With all due respect, it is not my duty to submit the application by myself, as my ex employer is liable to do so. I have registered a grievance on the link mentioned. Hopefully it would be resolved. more

It is not mentioned who had submitted the withdrawal form. If it is company, need to take it up with the company for full details of despatch and acknowledgement. Once it is cleared, raise grievance ticket as mentioned by Mr. Sivasyam more

You can raise a grievance ticket by providing required detail, respective PF officials will respond to your ticket within in 15 days, if you are confident about your form reached PF office raise RTI request. In this circle there are more EPF cases are coming everyday and the EPFO officials should design the more effective website for the people not to post so many questions in this circle to discuss. It is a sham for EPFOs. more

Presently there is no online refund system introduced by EPF. Hope soon they wil release system. more
