hi everyone i just want to know that i was working with one of the financial institution and due to some dispute i left the job but the company till date didnt transfer my PF amount is there any other way to get the same amount to be transfer in my other saving account more  

In that case it is advised that withwrawal form to be attested by your banker . It is wrong while working with other emplyer you can't withdraw the PF. You can read the instruction before submiting the Form 19 (withdrawal Form) . more  
sir if company is not helping you and you want to withdraw money you need to fill form for withdrawl and get it attested from gazetted officer with some oath that he knows you well and submitt it to your pf office .you will get your withdrawl in two-three months time more  
The company in which you were working cannot tranfer your PF money to your saving account.Mr. Rajeev presently are you working if yes you can transfer your Provident fund in your P.F. account to the present employer if Provident Fund Scheme applicable to them. and if you want to withdraw pf fund than u have to fill form 19 and 10c in case if you have not served organisation more than 10year otherwise u need to fill form no 19 and 10d. with help of hr department so that form will not be rejected . more

Please contact your company for the required docments which you have to submit in EPFO to get the money back. Even if you have a dispute with your company, the company is bound to provide you the required document. more
