APART FROM THE ADVICE OF EXPERTS GIVEN UNDER THIS HEAD,TO ME IT APPEARS HAT SPONDYLIIS MAY BE BECAUSE OF SLEEPING HABITS TO AS DUE TO FOAM GADDAS THERE ARE CHANCES OF LITTLE BEND IN THE BACK BONES.HENCE SUGGEST THAT START SLEEPING ON HARD GADDAS OR PLAIN COT WITH THINNER SIZE GADDAS FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH AND SEE THE RESULTS. ALSO TRY ACUPRESSURE THERAPY FOR SOME DAYS.I HAVE SEEN THAT ACCUPRESSURE THERAPY AND SLEEPING HABITS HAVE HELPED IN SPONDYLITIS PAIN more

Sit, Relax and breath, slowly, in Bhastrika pranayam.Anulom Bilom brings frshness to your Eyes, gives realxation to your brain.Anubilom needs to be done with relaxation, not with stress. then Kapal bhati, would be help ful, which brings bone formation, in yoga system of yoga is must if you do regularly, After Kapalbhati,Anulom bilom, 5 minutes start slowly -30 minutes dose, as yu take does of medicines.in this way PROTOCOL OF PRANAYAM needs to be maintained for diseased patient suffering from Bone fracture, i have cured my knee fracture, by doing regular Bhastrika, Kapalbhati which has given me power to move my leg with pain.Then i have used mustard oil,Turmeric, calcium.I try to sit at Padmasan, Gau muk Asan, slowly, now i am able to fold it.This requires regular practice. more  
Yu can perform BishnuPad Asan, Bisharam Asan, lying both the hands on two sides sleep with relaxation giving shoulder rest for few minutes, Then Briskh asan. apply Garlic & Mustard oil,Markat Asan. more
