I am very much upset with the services provided by Tata Docomo.
Actually just a month before I ported from Airtel to Tata Docomo in which my last month's bill with Airtel was pending and I did not pay it since the Tata Docomo's sales executive told me that my last bill of Airtel will get adjusted with my future bills of Docomo and suddenly on midnight of 20th Nov 2014, my outgoing services were barred. I called the call centre from whom I came to know that I have to pay my outstanding bill with my previous operator and I paid it the next day itself i.e on Saturday.

After bill payment at Airtel Gallery, I went to Tata Docomo Gallery at Vasai-Nalasopara Link road, Vasai (E) and I showed them the SMS that I got for Airtel's bill payment, the lady sitting there told me that she has put up a request to Unbar my outgoing service and within 24 Hrs my outgoing services will restart. I waited till the next day i.e till sunday but my services did not start and when I went to the Gallery, it was closed.

Again the next day i.e on Monday, I went to another Tata Docomo gallery at Sunshine Palace Near Nalasopara Station and showed the SMS of Airtel's bill payment to them but the lady sitting there asked me to bring a Printed receipt of the payment. Again I went back to airtel Gallery to collect the bill payment printout and then went to Tata Docomo's Galley at Vasai-Nalasopara link road.
Then the lady sitting there scanned the payment receipt and told me the same thing that she has sent a mail to her manager and as soon as she get a reply, she will get back to me but till now she has not reverted and I am still waiting for her reply.

Now again today morning at around 8.10 AM, I called the customer care and the guy asked me all the details related to my Airtel's bill payment and he assured me that within 30 mins, my outgoing services will start, soon after an hour i.e at 9.45AM, i got a SMS saying my services has been unbarred but its still the same and even now my services are barred only. I called again the customer care but the guy over there kept my line on hold since last 15 mins and then disconnected.

Here I admit that my mistake was only that I had not paid the last bill of my previous operator and due to which my outgoing services got barred and it was ok if the services would have beed kept on hold for 24 hrs, but even after visiting the Tata Docomo gallery and showing the printed bill receipt, the services are still kept on hold.

Please note that in between these days I continuously tried calling to the non- operational customer care line(both 121 and 198) but as soon as I press the number to talk to the customer care, the auto generated voice was saying, kindly write to us at listen@tatadocomo.com.

I am really really very much upset and angry by the services given by TATA Docomo. Nobody even from the Dcomo's gallery as well as the Customer care is willing to help me out of this situation. Its really pathetic.

You cant imagine how much mental as well as financial loss I have beard during these days.

I am a corporate user of DOCOMO and still getting such a third class service. I will make sure that nobody in our company as well as in my friends and relatives buy a docomo product and those who are currently using should port out to another operator.

Also I am thinking to file a case in consumer forum.

Will be highly oblige by your suggestions.

Pre paid mobile Canection is batter than post paid more  
All the mobile service providers are interested in generating money for their respective company by various means. Customer care is for name sake and they loot the customers in what so ever manner they want. more  
Almost all the mobile services in India more or less are the same. Only a 5-10% difference on negative side you can take it. No body is there or GOVT OF INDIA also not ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. NONE OF THE MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE READY TO LISTEN OR FOLLOW RULES FRAMED BY THE TRAI. INSPITE OF SEVERAL RULES/ORDERS OF TRAI NONE OF THEM ARE READY TO SHARE THE TOWERS SERVICE BETWEEN THE TWO SERVICE PROVIDERS, WHICH IS VERY UNLUCKY FOR INDIA. ALL THE COS. ARE LOOTING, SENDING BOGUS BILLS, CONSUMERS ARE WANDERING THIS CO. TO THAT CO. FOR GOOD SERVICE. GOD ONLY CAN SAVE FROM THE DEAF & DUMB GOVT OF INDIA MACHINERY FOR DIRTY POLITICS & FREINDLY GOVT OF CORPORATES. CONSUMERS & SOCIETY IS A DEAD BODY IN THIS LINE. thanks more

I wud like to tell u that as soon as I write this complaint to listen@tatadocomo.com, they regretted for the inconvenience(what more will they do), and also restarted my number immediately.. and also taken my compliant regarding both of those Docomo galleries and provided me a complaint number.. I would like to tell you that I was a faithful customer of Airtel using it since last 2 yrs and also paying all the bills on time.. even the last bill was also of very less amount of 229 rs. only that I would have happily paid if the Docomo's sales executive would have giuded me properly.. Thanks again all of U.. more
