Hi, my last organisation TCS maintains pf trust. Recently i hace change the organisation and requested (online) TCS fot pf transfer. They have issued Annexure k along with cheque for pf amount to the regional pf office of my new organisation but my current employer is not responding the request. What to do? Please suggest.... more

hi, In case if you know then take a copy of the form K (nothing but details of your contribution in your earlier company) You can just deliver it to the present pf office for credit the same in to your account.( ofcourse with a covering letter mentioning your pf account number and your office establishment code is available from the form K) OR You can request your present employer to do so. I as Ex TCS know private PF coexist along with Government PF and PPF. I got my EPF A/C transferred to Birla PF when it is formed on my request. Some Private companies do not entertain transfers so put it in EPF/ PPF. more
