My first complaint was regarding non working of my IFB washing machine knob and the machine is not rinsing and draining,

The noida service man by the name of Deepak ( 9871676250) came and inspected the machine in my absence. My wife was at home

Then he applied some packing tapes and said that now machine will work.

He informed that since machine is not in warranty we need to pay for visit amount of 350. My wife paid the same for which he refused to provide any receipt.

when the issue of machine was not resolved I called up service Center noida owner arun (8750265066) and informed him the whole case.

inspiste of resolving the issue he started demanding again the service charge and speaking to me harshly. when I told him that I will approach the IFB company or consumer forum , he replied that I am free to do any thing. Then I filed the second complaint.

I am shocked that while purchasing the product of IFB , consumer always has its brand image and after sales service. but service centres like this simply tarnish the image and facilitate in destroying the brand.

I would request IFB to resolve my issue and take strict action against the dealer more

Go to IFB facebook page and post your case. You may also try other social media as well. more  
Why don't you put it in the print and electronic media so that general public will come to understand about the product and will not go for fresh purchase on the same. Once it came in the media the firm may take some sort of appropriate action on your complaint to solve it soon. more  
some service centers are careless as they are not cared about the image of the company. Best will be to lodge the complaints by official mail of the company not service center. service centers are not bothered about the image but the senior executives are. generally some senior executives monitor the mails. it worked for me and work for you also. pl keep the record of the communication. more
