The details in my EPF details are wrong. Name, D.O.B and other details are of an ex-employee of my organisation.
My employer says that they have sent request for changing the details many time, but PF department does not change. My employer also says that rectification has also been done from their end and uploaded KYC in UAN website has my correct details, which has also been approved by my employer.
Please suggest how can I get my details corrected. I am also afraid that I might not be checking properly. Can anyone of you, please let me know the way to check details.

Dear Nidhi Madah, There is option to correction your details, Use this link http://epfigms.gov.in/ and file a complaint with correct document. U will get immediate reply from concerned PF Office. more

Hi, Hope you have received the remedy for the same. The same case is with me too and I had given the same for rectification but not reflecting in records, so I raised it in a meeting with Regional Commissioner & other authority and was informed to submit it with relevant proof, ie age proof and name to the office and it will be done. So please submit a letter and if possible on your Company's letter head and get it received from PF office. And the changes of DOB is not allowed till now through portal. more

Thank you for the information. As far as I know, we cannot change the details like name, DOB etc. Can you please guide me how exactly we can change the details online. I have filed a grievance on PF website, but so far no results. more

You can correct you details online. If you depend on someone you have to suffer...good luck more
