yes. I am also victim of Airtel Broadband. First I started 15 GB unlimitedplan. They used to send msg after 24 days that I exhusted my quota and need to upgrade to next level for high speed (2mbps) speed. I upgraded to 30 GB. Now also I get communication fter 3 weeks that my quota is exhusted and need to upgrde to next slab. Infact my usage pttern not changed. and in my house, am the only user of net. and most of the month I have been travelling. there seems to be a big racket with Airtel. I asked them to Tell me how to track my usage day by day directly from thenet. They say it is not possible and whatever figures given by them must be accepted by me. Always they report that my consumption they verified.
Big Cheating is gong on! my complant to appelate authority went into dust bin as they also talking in same language!
Is there a way out to handle these people through consumer forum and initiate legal action? more
