2. There should be clarity who are eligible.
3. There are practical difficulties for employers with reference to casual workers, part time workers, technicians i.e. freelance electricians, plumbers, taxi drivers, etc. hired for a days work - whether employer is liable to pay PF for these type of worker - lack of clarity give room for corruption.
4. Merge PF dept with some other department in order to reduce the number of visitors (babus) to a business vis a vis no. of payment points for the business houses. more
