Slightly pain in my right knee. Have gap as per X ray report. What remedy or medicine can be taken . I am not taking any medicine right now. Only on some yogic exercises. more

I would say, try the self cure discipline. Just by any means give the knee rest, with no load for at least 15 days and if it is still there for more time till it goes away. You can get the Xray done then and you shall see that there is no gap. The body cures itself if you give that part rest from its normal duties. For the knee, just release load on it by using crutches to take care of your normal daily routine, and under no circumstances put any load on the knee. Rest as much as possible. Even while sitting be careful not to load the knee. It works. more
