Dear S Poojary ji, the airtel co., is the one of the worst service providers, and a cheat. Better you lodge a complaint and go to the consumer court. Most of the customers complain about the airtel co., the beauty is the govt did not take any action against the airtel. we also can tell our friends and relatives not to take the airtel. They are cheating the public saying 4G, 5G, 6G etc. Their ads are nice to see. more

MTS & Airtel are cheating on dongles also. They sell dongles which do not work. They reluctantly register complaints but never attend & take any correctice actions & close all complaints by sitting in Office. They never provide required service but keep on raising false bills. more  
I do agree Airtel is cheating customers but it is good comparison to other phone company but it looks wrong person is sitting on head position who is using cheat tactics to show management that he is able to get big profit to the company by misleading & cheating users and billing them high. One use less internet & phone but get higher bill. If one complaint to 121, the staff sitting their also mislead the customer and justify higher bills. Such cheat tactics never work long & would cause the company unrecoverable lose. These complaints must go to Mr Mittal, the owner of the company, that their staff cheating customers and spoiling company's reputation. more  
All said and done, the consumer courts by its apt name, CONSUME the public. Once a while somewhere in India , a sensible President may give justice to some one, and get publicity. In my horrible experience in West Bengal, the consumer courts & CONSUMER FORUMS are noting but a an eye wash , and the lawyers in connivance with the court CONSUME THE PUBLIC. I firmly with supporting documents could prove that the CONSUMER COURTS ARE NOT FREE FROM CORRUPTION. more  
Any private company in the initial days assure lot and they go back afterwards after they fail to do so. Airtel is also a part of the process. more  
Mass exodus and total boycott is the only remedy to teach such companies a lesson... more
