I agree with you. But as far as Delhi concerned MCD needs the support of central government. more
I consider that MCD should function as per the needs of Delhi residents and not as per the directives of Central or State governments. MCD should work effectively and sincerely. Perhaps I need not focus on honesty as that is hard issue in practice. more
The elected MCD's work is changing but they will succeed with the support of the central government. more
MCD Sanitation System Complying with Swachh Bharat Mission It is just a piece of demonstration of MCD Standards since the Launch of Swachh Bharat Mission. 1] Open drains were constructed along the colony roads that too above the road level raising the previous road elevation by about half a metre causing problems to residents who constructed house 25 years ago. 2] No cleaning/clearing the drains so constructed has been a normal practice. 3] Five six cleaning people appear suddenly on the day some influential person makes a complaint. 4] Blocked drains are cleaned in Freedom Fighters Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi on 01 May 2017 in a manner well shown in the attached pictures and video. 5] Hope that new team of MCD might find some time in next five years to prove its presence. more
