I bought a Daikin invertor ac from Flipkart , after confirming about the warranty of the product from daikin customer care ,i also done the installation of the ac from the authorised daikin service partner also had a bill for that , but now the ac is giving problem and i call customer care of daikin for service they told me now that we dont give warranty for the product purchased from the flipkart or any other ecommerce site , i send them several mails with all documents and call daikin customer care but they are not ready to hear anything neither they are replying my mails, why this people hanvnt told me when i call customer care before purchasing the ac that the company dont give warranty for the product purchased from flipkart or any other ecommerce site, if they told me this condition before the puchasing of ac i wound buy the product from flipkart more

should send email to grievance cell of diakin website..save the same.. if no response file complaint in consumer cell more

I hope you have received a WARRANTY CARD alongwith the operating manual and other documents supplied with the AC Unit. From your statement I understand that the Unit is under warranty period. if that is the case, you wrtie to the company by registered post ack. due, with copy to FLIPKART requesting them to rectify the defect within 2-3 weeks and if they do not rectify the defect, you will proceed legally. Now if they refuse to rectify the defect or to reply to your letter within the specified period, please approach an advocate in your locality and file a case in DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM. I am sure you will get all the relief from the CDRF. Please show all the documents and copies of your e-mail/correspondence with the company and any other relevant documents to the advocate. similar is my cas e i have purchased a064 bolt micromax mobile the touch is not working and when we insert the sim card its starts sending sms to all the recently dialled numbers when we contacted the higher officials of micromax they never respond this is the attitude of many manufacturer they are not bothered about conusmer we need redressal if wego consumer court we would win but its an long drawn process and i being an international journalist we can go to media but it would spoil the organisation and many persons in mid forties would lose their jobs just like how nokia closed their chennai factory hence this more  
I bought a cell phone from Karbonn, Titanium S10 . Order was placed at the last part of This January and received the 1st part of February 2015. On 4th of February 2015, I gave to their service provider at Ernakulam, Keral. The complaints was, the phone self dialing numbers and makes calls with out our knowledge, The screen vibrates now and then etc. They accepted the complaint and gave me Service Job sheet No. KJASPKRo32215K434 dated 2015-02-04.
I was their office more than 8 times traveling 35 Km, spending a day for each trip with our any answer. They always say, the par did not come from the manufacturer.Even though the service station had a cell number to call, NOBODY pickup the phone ever. This is a common complaint from the people come
there. After contacting their Kerala Manager, several times, I managed to get the required part to the service people by mid May.
In the mean time, because of the POOR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT and DUE TO THE n INDIFFERENT MANAGEMENT, the Service Provider departed with the CARBONN.
And they say I need another part, Dis ply, I have no Idea how I will go about it.
In short, they had my money in their pocket, I had a plastic flat box of no muse and my warranty in running out, while this instrument is with the Service provider.
