These begging rackets have to be eliminated. Govt can take steps in partnership with NGOs and Police. more
Now citizens particularly women feel much better than before. However police force is yet not prepared /equipped to deal with crime against women. their refusal to register complaints and then shoddy investigation is frustrating. The basic problem is they instead of preventing the crime act after the crime and try to extract some benefits. Unless police system is modernized crime against women and children will continue In case of children there is law prohibiting child labor. But in reality you will find a notice pasted outside and small children are working inside. Beggars are hiring small toddlers to beg. Nobody takes note of the same but drop a coin and goes. more
Scarcity especially artificially created by the Govt. is one of the causes of corruption more
The national development program mes under prime minister schemes should be very transparent and prime minister should have to give free hand those who are very honest. The country can become prosperous and world economy if due care are taken for the forming and rural development. Manufacturing sector should be revived and more and more manufacture will enable the nation by both way employment generation and foreign currency attraction. more
