50% Reservation fee - uber
Had reserved a uber cab for a local drop (booked at 9am for pickup at 1230pm) in Bangalore. After ride, an amount of ₹118 was added to the booking amount as "Reservation fee". That was 50%of the amount shown while booking. Isn't this taking customers for a "ride" with the ride? more

Second sir you had booked at 9.30 for pick up at 12.30.We should clarify weather waiting "Charges applicable for this advance booking". May be " Dynamic Fare or Flexi-Fare" applies here also. Railways atleast we know As I have experienced, while booking the figure shaown as ₹60/70 during busy hours for short diatances also has a corllary hooked an extra ₹30/40 may be demanded due to traffic conjessiion etc. more
