5% GST and 6% VAT paid
I have purchase a 2 bhk flat in Pune at Dec.2017, I have paid 5% GST and 6% VAT is it ok?

Yes there is only get now a days and no VAT he has chitted and you can lodged complaint to rera or grahak panchayat more

Pl verify the documents and the amount you have paid on what amount. I think you have paid 6% VAT for the payments you made before 30th Jun 2017 and paid GST @ 5% on the balance amount you paid after 1/7/2017. If so, then there is no issue and if the Seller recovered both VAT and GST for the same amount then its double taxation, he should refund VAT @ 6% to you. more
