You are talking about National scenario . It is necessary to consider the non hot spots and the farm sector . Farm sector is a must to be relaxed othewise there will not be farmworkers to harvest food grains , vegetables , fruits . Further states like Kerala the infection has almost come to static . Why should a state in that condition be shut down . more
