If required we will conduct polls and submit the key priority areas to the Government of Rajasthan as a collective citizen ask.

I think if Govt need to work on two aspect

1 is cleanliness of every nook and corner of Rajasthan

2 is to reduce the corruption and hence improve the governance of all departments.

As such no and kind of projects schemes are already there. they are either not executed or having pending deadlines. So even if open projects are closed in time bound manner then performance will be felt by common man. more
There is no system of monitoring in cleanliness, traffic regulations and maintenance of created infrastructure. There should be a monitoring agency for each locality/area to seek inputs about improvements. If some one is interested in doing this I will be happy to provide suggestions. more
There can be several suggestions / to do lists etc. for the Govt. to initiate in 2017. However, in addition to whatever new projects/schemes the Govt. may wish to take, it will be very imperative if the Govt. takes a major initiative to train/counsel the Administration at District/Rural levels to accomplish their duties with a "Positive" mind set and just not with "a target to dispose matters/pending items". Generally, it is observed that, the Govt. officers "disposes" the matters, whereas the approach should be to "resolve" the matters. In almost every matter which comes up, the "department" (includes the Clerk/SO/Incharge/Officer) is fully aware of the facts from the file and also has a fair idea of the "beneficiaries" and the "affected" parties, still they won't resolve the issues and prolong the matters. People, who have dealt with Govt. Departments, know "how to get things resolved" however common man is always suffering from such acts, where the officers do not resolve the matters. Reasons for such a reluctance can be more then one. However, if the dealing officers decides to resolve the matter, things will improve significantly. more
The priorities may be as follows:
1. Solid Waste Management and cleanliness
2. Roads in good condition
3. Low cost housing more

It was no surprise that bjp lost in the 3 bypolls. I think if they keep going like this, they will loose the assembly elections too. Time for the Govt to get connected with masses.
