I bought Jau from Kotla mubarakpur. But I would ask all the whenever you soak Jau in water about 205 will float on water , just throw that portion as it may hollow from inside, the one that settles down in water is good clean Jau. regarding Jau atta I grind it at home in my own automatic Milcent chakki I recently bought, for making simple atta, besan, maida, dalia. more  
Chakreshji. Hindi name of Barley is Jau. If Vinod has Jau, that is what is required. He will give you Jau Atta also. more  
i confirmed from Vinod , he had Jau but did not have Barley and said Barley is by branded company only more  
I could get good quality Jau in Kotla mubarakpur and the atta I made it in my milcent chakki at home but when I asked for barley in market nobody knew about it as barley. more
