Hai,I resigned and got relieved from the company this may 2015. Till date ,my PF papers are not submitted to the zonal PF office for withdrawal of my pension amount. My HR person is continuousely telling only reasons. Help me to get my PF money Please. more

Just get your pf papers attested from your company and then submit to the concerned pf office and they will ask you to wait for one month however it won't take that long .You will get your money within a week more

Your PF Withdraw for to be filled by you company HR and take signature of the authorised official and submit the form in the PF Office after Two to Three months. more

You will have to wait for six months for processing papers.After six months if you get the same reply, you can contact your zonal PF office and submit your grievance. more

Dear Lionel Godfrey: You may submit a copy of your form to the Bank and get it authorised by the Zonal Manager and submit it to the Regional PF Commissioner with your letter of complaint. The PF Offfice will take further action in the matter. more
