There is a technical error in RPFC site and due to that it is not accepting the aadhar while uploading. So. Jugaad is the only way. Govt. in India are not enablers, but complete obstructers unfortunately. The law are made to make money by corrupt means. Lot of news articles are there on how to withdraw money from EPFO, but nothing will help you. I would suggest you to make a visit to the EPFO office and see if bribe helps you. You are doing noble cause of starting own business, which will create more jobs in the country. But our great country is run by morons in every dept, sadly. Hi John, Since you have already quit your organization, I hope the employers approval for your Aadhar is unnecessary. But I am not sure though. I have presented some of the links regarding PF withdrawl without employers signature. I hope the same will also bear the answer for your overhead right now. Hope this helps. http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/wealth/invest/withdrawing-epf-you-dont-need-your-employers-signature-anymore/articleshow/54690565.cms https://www.basunivesh.com/2015/12/02/epf-new-forms-how-to-withdraw-epf-without-employer-signature/ http://www.epfindia.com/site_docs/PDFs/Circulars/Y2015-2016/WSU_Changes_MAP_31406.pdf Thanks, Vignesh more
