You can give her medicines to control the high fever. There might be itchy feeling because of the boils on her body so you can apply calosoft lotion which will give a soothing feeling. Also if possible you can bring some neem leaves and put them in her bathing water, and you can also use those leaves for gently stroking her boils if she has itchy feeling. Definitely keep her away from other kids as it is infectious and you also take precaution. You can give her very light food for at least 2 weeks and give as much as fluids possible. more
This is a viral infection best treated with Homoeopathic medicines. It is contagious, so kindly keep the patient indoors. Also give adequate fluids and light food to keep up the immunity and energy levels. more

I remember having Chicken Pox at the age of 19 when I was in the IMA Dehra Dun as a Cadet. They had placed me under Quarantine in a special Ward, for 3 Weeks in the Military Hospital way back in 1950. I was given normal light diet. No special Medicines. It all got dried up in 3 weeks. Got light duties for 1 week. more
Also put a bunch of clean dust free Neem leaves near her bed and change the bunch when it dries away. This will lessen the infection more. Keep other children away from her so as they do not catch the infection. more
