Thanks Mr. Ram Prakash Grover Ji & Mr. Sanjeev Bhatnagar Ji. more
Umesh Kumar ji, U can choose among them, which suits/tastes u better like: if u add neem leaves/fruit to kheera, karela etc juice,u need'nt chew neem leaves. Also, soaked methi dana/its water can well be added to veges while cooking, esp. baadi, airy veges/pulses cauliflower, yellow petha, mooli, while chana etc. more
Mr. Umesh Kumar ji - as mentioned by Mr. Ram Prakash Ji is a good piece of information. You need not do all, but make a habit to do at least one - first thing in the morning. You can mix the juice of kheera, karela, tomato, neem etc in one or what ever is available. more
Thanks Mr. Ram Prakash Grover Ji. Very useful tips. You have advised to take following in empty stomach daily. 1. White petha juice 2. Kheera, karela, tomato, tulsi, neem leaves, sada bahar leaves/flowers 3. Chew 5 to 7 desi neem leaves 4. Dip in water few seeds of methi dana, overnight.Eat the sprout/dana and drink water Perhaps all above will be difficult to take daily in empty stomach. Would you like to define any specific schedule for these? more
Thanks. Mr. Ram Prakash ji. Good tips. Thanks you once again. more
