Most important for good governance-- Complaint should be very easy to lodge. After making complaint, justice should be quick with fearful punishment to both complainant and opponent. In your case don't spare cibil for affecting your reputation. Make a complaint in consumer court. Let cibil catch hold of bank. more

Anyway bank asks for other documents to verify before giving loan etc cibil may be an additional report and what are the factors it considers one need to know and I am not aware whether it has been made mandatory toget one. more

I also contact to branch but they said we get cibil from your doument so if any issue contact to. Cibil . I tell him again and again in the cibil (that given to me from bank ) my data is not correct like dob email id address etc. But they again said i obtain cibil from your document pls contact to cibil . ..... But i know this data must me correct from bank side but they do not. What can i do more

The bank is the originator of outstandings and other records. CIBIL is dumb and goes by what the banks say. Therefore approach the bank, not CIBIL.
1. Raise a dispute through the redressal system.
2. If reply is not satisfactory, suggest move District Consumer Forum.
3. Banking Ombudsman generally sides with the bank. more

And raise a dispute two time and its take two months appro. But they say no change from bank side cibil cannot add or remove itself . more
