यूपी में दिवाली पर पटाखे जलाने की गाइडलाइन। रात 8 से 10 बजे के बीच ही जलाए जा सकेंगे पटाखे। प्रशासन को तय करने होंगे पटाखे जलाने की जगह। नियमों का पालन ना होने पर इलाके के SO होंगे जिम्मेदार। अटैच्मेंट देखें। more

Who cares whether its PMO's order or SC order or CM order. If We really don't want the crackers then why do we sell it?Why not central government put complete ban of keeping and selling crackers? Why not central government is implementing a law that if anyone is found in illegal trade or using of crackers a heavy penalty as well as heavy shall be applicable against any individual as well as on an organisation. more
