Should the Government of India make efforts to get Pfizer and Moderna to conduct COVID-19 trials in India such that these vaccines can also be made available commercially at the earliest in parallel to the ones being produced by Cadilla, Serum and Bharat Biotech?

P.S. Pfizer vaccine has been cleared by UK Government and both Pfizer and Moderna have sought Emergency Use Authorisation from US Government.
