Do you believe the new amnesty based income disclosure scheme will help reduce money laundering taking place in regards to the demonetisation program?

Scheme allows those with black money to deposit it without source of funds disclosure, pay 50% tax and get 25% immediate withdrawal, 25% withdrawal after 4 years and provides amnesty. Exceptions include FMLA, PMLA, Narcotics and Black Money act.
