Fund projects that will ensure enough ground water for farmers thereby minimising need for stubble burning

Invest in enabling a stubble collection and recycling infrastructure

Fund capacity building to improve municipal enforcement on garbage burning

Fund technology driven interventions like large air purifiers on streets, artificial rain, etc.

Government should not invest in this area in Budget 2020
