After consumers raised the surge pricing issues on LocalCircles, the Government brought out Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines (Capping the surge pricing at 1.5 times or 50% higher than the base fare) in Nov 2020. Though most states haven’t operationalised the guidelines yet, what has been your experience with surge pricing in the last 9 months as compared to before?
