After consumers raised the driver ride cancellation issues on LocalCircles, the Government brought out Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines and introduced cancellation penalty for drivers too (10% of fare capped at INR 100) in Nov 2020. Though most states haven’t operationalised the guidelines yet, what has been your experience with driver cancelling rides in the last 9 months as compared to before?
