Please confirm me immediately to me the status of this claim as my father is going to be operated on 1st week of september as he his in critical condition.Also this is the hard money which we spent for our purpose. But what is the use of your offices sub-ordinates who are not giving any responses + money's on time. I think i should go ahead with some legal action by reporting badly for this office.
Please take the action very seriously and request you to process the settlement amount in 5 days as i have to pay the money within month end.

1. Speed post courier registered receipt.
2. Grievance raised ticket with response .
3. Response received from team
4. Attaching you the mails where i have mailed three to 4 times to kandiwali office
There is no single response from this kandivali team . Such a lazy and poor management + these are hard money which we spent for our purpose and now when we required we have to beg infront of these guys. more
