Ex-Servicemen should not be allowed to create such pressure Sir. No link in the State system shall be allowed to betray Ex-Servicemen the Obligation of the State AND THAT IS TO PROMOTE FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES OF EVERY CITIZEN TO DEFEND OUR NATION.
