      None is till caring the memories stage by PM on the eve of 75th anniversary of QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT . No Political Rule is mandating Fundamental Duties though S.C. clarified that these are Statutory and Parliament can make Regulations .
      Not only the issue of Civic Responsibility , National Interest and integrity also getting diversified and diluted . There is need of fast Reforms in Many more

      Sir, when weak and poor Ex-Serviceman litigant is betrayed by the Secretary, a representative of the State to perform its Moral Obligation under the State Policy Art 51 (A) (d) whereas in Jallikattu the State was forced to act under Public DEMOCRATIC Pressure. Ex-Servicemen should not be allowed to create such pressure Sir. No link in the State system shall be allowed to betray Ex-Servicemen the Obligation of the State AND THAT IS TO PROMOTE FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES OF EVERY CITIZEN TO DEFEND OUR NATION. Just because I was whistle blower against corrupt, MISLEAD JUDICIARY! USING ALL UNETHICAL, UNFAIR MEANS. AND THE JUDICIARY ASSAULTS THE SELF ESTEEM OF EX-SERVICEMAN, THE WEAK AND POOR LITIGANT. Thank you for your enlightening reply .
