DO WE HAVE TO BUY JUSTICE
1. Complaints are not registered because the Police demands money.
2. Complaints are not registered because the complainant, the sufferer may be a poor man and may not afford the legal fees
3. Complaints are not registered because in most of the cases the crime is committed by influential persons from the society and the common man do not have the courage to fight against.
4. Complaints are not registered because justice is normally sold to the person who can afford to buy it.
Both President of the Nation and Supreme Court those to take care and guard implementation of Constitutional Mandates also sailing with the same status in cases of JUSTICE, social, economic, and even political which are guaranteed in the Preamble of our Constitution.
Our Constitution which was so set without the needed fundamental and basic issues of implementation and the authority in performing duties of the Constitution . SINCE MANY HAVE BEEN QUESTIONING, the High Courts and Supreme Courts were addressed with only inadequate number of Judges, Staff and Funds as well as with insufficient number of Courts even in Specific Fields of need and, the Districts allover since 80s. AIR 1986 SC 180, {1987} SCC 609 are the proofs .
The Congress Party and its allies willfully diluted the issue of JUSTICE IN THE COUNTRY just for their selfish political Power Thirst tied with Communities opted AND IS WHY REFORMS IN " Policing " ' Media ' and in " JUDICIARY also were preferred by presently ruling NDA at public interest and there is absolute need to bring in public awareness of their Constitutional Rights and demand restrictions contemplated for achieving SOCIALISTIC ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY . more
For getting justice, one has to pay lawyers, judges, police, etc. Irrespective of the Free legal aid mentioned.
The sad part is the gross corruption. more
One needs to buy justice legally. Because at the end of the day the the advocate fees become huge. more

We as Indians seems to be living in a hypothetical situation. Where in we don;t understand the real issues.
Most crimes are committed and go un solved or un reported because of excessive corruption.
It is sad that only 2 people have signed it. Where as people are shouting for multiple laws in a corrupted country like ours. Just because media highlights, so we get fed.
No one is talking about this game changer petition. We are blind!! Really uneducated country!! more
