As the mail received from a aggrieved person who had applied on line for the renewal of driving licence/change of address but could not submit the fees on line. He had to visit the office in person and was charged more than the prescribed one. Here, he has explained that the implementation of scheme for submitting application on line is started halfheartedly. It is duty of the senior authorities to launch a free and fare system before its implementation. How can we differentiate between the present and past govt. So there is need to get the scheme implemented effectively without any problem or hindrances to any one.
