The Real Estate Regulatory Authority has been established as per Section 1 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. As per Section 3 of the Act, all on-going and new real estate projects shall be registered with this Authority. On verification of Complaint No. CMP/UR/190524/0003145 received by this authority it is noticed that you have not registered your project PENRITH under this authority as per Section 3 of the Act. Therefore you are hereby directed to comply with Section 3 of the said Act or to give explanation for non-registration of your project. Reply shall be submitted within 7 days from the date of received of this notice, failing to which action will be initiated as per Section 59(1) and provision of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
