Need to be more proffessional but . Service levels ranged from prompt to very confused. They need a real better training programme for all levels

Yatra is just another cheat company, we have booked international travel with yatra, they have booked 2 different site seen for the same day and this come to know after chasing them for 2 months after coming back to india. Hotel they have booked was so shabby. In a 4 * Hotel they don't have toiletries, no room sleepers, broken cupboards and there was no hotel staff ready to get the luggage to the room and same happen at checkout, we have to carry luggage by our self. At the time of booking they confirmed for 7500 E cash, it came to my account after 2 months fight and then we come to know that it can not be used more than 5% in one booking. So i don't think we can suggest to use yatra to all friends here.
