The website of the company does not have even the postal address of the corporate offices. It took a very long time to find out the address which has been stated above. The public domains do contain complaints of their defective products. While many complaints states of not providing the resolution to the complaint for months together and in cases where resolution is provided, it takes a pretty long time to get back their services. Two complaints have been received by the author of the post. The quote of the complaints are reproduced:

As suggested by you people in you last mail, i have deposited my shoe to the store from where i bought it (Woodland KB1 Karol bagh) on 28 march 15 with the slip no. 390.
When i called your customer care today to request that that I want my complete shoe to be replaced and need my money back as a compensation, as i requested in my previous mail as well.
But they were, I won't mention name
NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE,
I ASKED THEM TO MAKE ME TALK TO SOME OF SENIORS THEY DENIED
ALSO DENIED TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT AND SUGGESTED ME TO WRITE A MAIL (WELL I WOULD THANK FOR THAT)
AND WHEN I ASKED THE CONTACT DETAIL OF SOME AREA MANAGER THEY AGAIN DECLINE
THEY INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO CUSTOMER POINT KEEP ON JUSTIFYING
ALSO THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING TO MY FEW GENUINE QUESTIONS
THEY DON'T HAVE SENSE TO HOW TO CARE, AND CALL THEMSELVES AS CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES
Then i called the concerned store, They were also seems to be non cooperative, and make me feel helpless
"Neither Customer Care is Supportive Nor Store People Helping , WHAT SHOULD I DO " The store manager said go Consumer Court, he don't care .
I want to ask what kind of a business is this ..??? Please reply to my this point.
It is k "ek baar saamaan bik gaya to Hume kya..??? " Thats what Woodland is doing, this is very bad people !!!
Now i come to my genuine problem,
my shoe broke second time in 2 months,
you guys keep it for 15 day or so ,
if u make it repair, it will definitely break again, I don't want to do the same exercise again,
I'm a IIT student n have hell lots to things to do, problems like these make me physically and mentally tensed. which is affecting my studies.
And I HAVE BOUGHT THAT SHOE FOR MY CONTINENCE NOT TO TAKE PAIN IN EVERY FROM LIKE
GETTING WOUNDS ON HEELS
WASTING MY SOCKS
TAKING TO STORE EVERY NEXT
TAKING PHYSICAL LOAD
TAKING MENTAL LOAD
UNNECESSARY WASTE OF MONEY
WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME
And expect when i will get back to store on 11 april 15, as expected date to receive product, I won't get the spit and polished product again.
I have sent a copy of your previous mail conversation, with some decent requests. Please don't make your customers aggressive.
Be sensible guys and have some respect for you customers.
2. Another customer is waiting for the replacement/repair since 28th December 2014 and no response is being received from the company to her 4-5 reminders.
Quality is one factor, time for repair/replacement is another factor but the equally important factor is also non-responding to the customers complaints. No need to comment on their prices which can be stated as double than the corresponding quality shoes. With this view the company is being rated just as an average.
