The company seems to have better customer care as experienced. A complaint lodged stated TOT of 48 hrs., however they visited within 4 hrs of lodging claim. The system of complaint closure is also better as they send out a SMS at the time of complaint registration giving a 4 digit code which need to be intimated to the service engineer visiting site to attend the complaint. This code is to be intimated when the consumer is satisfied about the complaint redressal. Hence the closure of the complaint cannot be manipulated as is being done by other customer care departments.
