True the quality is no doubt very good,but the prices are exorbitant,loosing quite a customer base because of the pricing.

Quality is definitely good but rates are extremely high. They should make it soemwhat competitive in price also.

I have seen many Bakery and Confectionery shops across India and still feel that Theos is one of the best... I agree that the rates are very high but quality is unmatchable....

Charges too much for cakes. I have stopped going there. Rates more than 5 star hotels.

I am finding lately the service here is improving while the product quality being maintained. Prices still higher than delhi 5 stars.
