After Mr.Suresh Prabhu took over the reigns, the state of Indian railway platform has become fantastic. Earlier we used to see/get dirty things(and even dirty smell of toilet(i.e., urine smell)) on the platforms/walkovers. Now, there are cleaners standing alert in these areas and maintaining it pretty clean. I observed this especially in Bangalore and Mantralaya railway stations. Also there are many services like 'destination station alert' and dedicated telephone numbers for different services etc.,

Kudos to Mr. Suresh Prabhu and his team for the great work which was not observed for many years earlier. This is the best example to highlight that 'IF ONE WANTS TO DO THE WORK/SERVICE, HE/SHE CAN DO IT AT ANY COST IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SIZE OF THE ORGANIZATION'.

Please help me people to lead the way as now a days I see corruption !
Fake NGO in regard to Help Age India they are taking bribe nd cheating businessman like anything 10,000 check in a day means yu think in weeks,month nd years nd also in check wow per 1,000 350 commission + salary & Sunday party fr employer with that money & check !

So next time if you find anything NGO or some money raising or funding or someone ask you money fr charity or good work search them on internet GOOGLE search engine we are educated use technology, we aware of it don't just invest a single money on anything.
If possible made internet free in India so that everyone will be educated not 4G at least 2G in limit Now a day people who are uneducated are earning more nd dont know internet,Dnt have knowledge about daily news nd all these and get trap easily in all these even now a days children is smarter than us.

In Bihar Sharif, there are 4 SBI branches. In none of them, GREEN CHANNEL works properly. Most of the days it remains fail. Even the day it works, you need to swipe twice or thrice or wait for luck. In the three banks, each have two Green Channel machine but they say only one may work, other is permanently non-functioning. And on that one you have to attempt your luck.
Out of 20 to 25 tries, I've got only one day when it was working without any problem.

This is Chaitanya, I would like to share you my experience toward your company. Hoping this would change process and people for better work.

I have received call from one the agent from India properties saying they will show properties of my interest any where in AP and Hyderabad.. I have signed up with their promotion code and I had very basic requirement I was looking for commercial land with 200 Sq Yard to 500 Sq yard with budget of 20 L to 50 L in Hyderabad only.

Interestingly after 15 days I have received call from Chennai assistance properties from a lady called Anuradha saying that they have huge amount of properties available... (This is were the actual trouble started)

Initial one month she suggested me all residential properties and where it wont match any of my requirement at all. as I was looking for commercial properties.

After that next 10 days, she suggested me more than 1 Crore properties which I can see in my inbox after that I don't see any response from her for next one week.

For next few weeks she used to suggest me properties that were not in hyderabad......

I explained her some many times she did not understand my requirement even after one month of sign up...

Finally, after one month 10 days later she suggested me a land in UPPAL AREA. which I was really interested on it.. when I visited the site I found LAND WAS ALEREADY SOLD OFF LONG BACK AGO..

I have escalated about her to Mr Murali saying that she is not understanding my requirement and looking for agent change.

Even today at morning after signed up after two month she was asking me "AM I LOOKING FOR COMMERCIAL LAND ( Please hear the call if I am telling something not true) ...

THERE IS NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR ANY OF MY RESPONSE, She would response after 3 days if i ask any question to her....

I told her many time to provide her supervisor name or email address to share me or else to put her SUP in CC while replying to me ...she never did this..
