I think more than enough has been said and commented on the subject over the past almost four years. Further comments will only increase the number but not alter the general opinion of the public.
Time now is to take action and shake/wake up the slumbering authorities and finally push them towards positive action for providing relief to the public.

Does Stray Animal Management exist in SDMC? Do they consider that as their portfolio/responsibility

Barking dogs and shifting cow population in Vasant Vihar is a disappointment.

The stray dog menace in Dwarka at present is terrible . The dogs are roaming in pack not only in streets but also in DDA Parks , Markets and pavements freely. Visit any day in Ram Monohar Lohia Hospital and witness a large crowd of dog-bite patients Q-ing up for vaccination . The pack is not daring grown up people and sometimes attacks desperately . What MCD people are doing , simply lying inactive to stop the menace.
