So so. good variety, but many times discount coupons don't work properly. Customer service poor. Product returns are very cumbersome. Stopped buying because of these issues and availability of better options / competitors....

Convenient to shop,prices reasonable,are conscious about service compared to our local markets where there is a monopoly of shopkeepers. Time is not wasted & I feel like shopping for a wide range of products ,ranging from clothes for kids to shoes for me + household items including AC & Cooler & Electronics like mobile phones ,laptops. So far the experience is 5 star as I feel that online shopping has become competitive and conscious about service & customer care.
I do not Switch from one online to another & like we used to have ( we still have) our Selected places to shop, I apply the same rule for online shopping also.
This saves my time & may be money too !

I have purchased a mobile phone for Rs.17402/- ,Model Vivo V5 32GB Gold through Snapdeal, using my HDFC Credit Card. Approximately after 2 weeks I have received a packet through VULCAN courier when I opened the packet I was really shocked to see that the box was filled with ‘some nuts and bolts’ instead of Mobile phone. When I contacted the customer service team of snapdeal on phone they told me that they cannot refund the money or replace the item because ‘my account did not pass the refund policy’ which I am unable to understand.
