If u choose a RED plan below ur avg billing amount, they tell u that u r not eligible. This is a lie. Escalate to nodal office & get any RED plan u want. Moreover relationship manager stops receiving ur call when he needs to provide u a solution on a mistake that the company made (like billing). Nodal office also refuses to help & says one must contact the relationship manager only. Big cheats make u go round & round constantly.
