Very costly, middle class & below level cannot afford the services.

The hospital has been on the empaneled list of CGHS hospitals. I was referred for a small operation as an out patient. i was in the hospital for 6 hrs during day time. While they charged Rs.1341 to the CGHS, they charged around Rs.2500 to me towards diet (not supplied), record maintenance & consumables. Actually, they should not charge extras to C GHS patients on credit.
