Rohtak Municipal Corporation

The sweepers who come to sweep the roads and collect wastes, collect monthly charges from all households of our area. And if we deny to pay them personally they misbehaves with us. They are paid for this service by government, which comes from the taxes and duties paid by us the TAXPAYERS. I have never seen the MC of my ward to ever visit our colony to check if there is any problem or not? I don't understand how this system will improve?
